Located in the historic center, the apartments are ideal for visiting Florence, even if you have a few days.
Borgo Pinti is one of the most famous streets in which many artists of the Renaissance period, such as Giambologna, had their shops.
The apartments are located within walking distance to all the historic center and easily reach the main places of artistic interest: Piazza Duomo, Via Calzaiuoli, Piazza Signoria, Ponte Vecchio, Piazza Pitti. Area characterized by the presence of typical restaurants, trattorias and wine bars.

The kitchenette and dining area are beautifully furnished and complete with all utensils (cutlery, plates, glasses, pots and pans,...), and double room. The bathroom is completely renovated.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioner in every room, central heating, TV-DVD, freezer, oven, washing machine, wi-fi.

This wonderful apartment is very bright and quiet, is on the second floor in a building whose windows look on an internal large court.
From his living room, tastefully renovated leaving voluntarily exposed beams, an arc divides the bedroom from the living area, dining area leads to the kitchen and beautifully furnished and complete with all tools.
There is an double room and a room with two single beds (bed linen is provided), a large wardrobe. The two bathrooms are both full and shower.

2 - Inviaci la tua richiesta di prenotazione o contattaci semplicemente per chiedere informazioni. Si accettano prenotazioni per l'intero appartamento per ospitare fino a 10 persone.
3 - Entro 48 ore vi risponderemo alla vostra richiesta via e-mail con la quale vi confermeremo.
4 - Inviaci un acconto per un massimo del 30% della spesa totale entro due giorni per confermare la prenotazione. Il pagamento può essere effettuato tramite bonifico bancario su iban che vi sarà trasmesso via mail e inoltra la ricevuta a info@39borgopintihouseinflorence.com o fax al numero +390559067047 per prenotare l'appartamento per il periodo scelto, o con altri tipi di pagamenti da concordare.
5 - Il saldo di quanto dovuto avverrà all'arrivo a Firenze ad un nostro incaricato.
6 - E 'richiesto un deposito cauzionale per eventuali danni causati all'appartamento o al suo contenuto, che verrà restituito alla partenza, soggetta a comune controllo. Deve essere versato al momento dell'arrivo insieme alla consegna delle chiavi. L'importo della caparra verrà confermata insieme alla disponibilità dell'appartamento.
7 - Annullamento della prenotazione o modificare la durata del soggiorno, deve essere comunicata per iscritto a mezzo fax o e-mail entro 45 giorni di arrivo, o rischiare di perdere la caparra.
8 - La partenza è prevista entro le 10.00 di tutti i giorni feriali. L'appartamento deve essere libero e restituiti nelle condizioni è stato consegnato. L'ingresso è previsto tra le ore 14.00 e le ore 16.00.
9 - Se per motivi di forza maggiore da parte nostra l'appartamento non fosse disponibile, noi cercheremo di mettere a disposizione un altro delle stesse caratteristiche. In caso di mancata accettazione verrà rimborsato l'intero importo ricevuto senza nulla da rivendicare.
10 - Si prega di specificare il numero di persone che occuperanno l'appartamento. In caso di modifiche, è necessario ottenere il preventivo consenso del proprietario. Il mancato rispetto di quanto sopra comporterà la cessazione del soggiorno con il rilascio immediato dell'appartamento e la perdita del deposito.
11 - Per i bambini che soggiornano nei nostri appartamenti, passeggino e culla, su richiesta.
12 - Famiglie con bambini sono i benvenuti.
13 - Gli animali non sono ammessi.
14 - Pulizia finale e utenze devono essere pagate sul posto durante il check-in. L'importo totale è di 15 € a persona.
15 - Gli ospiti sono tenuti a condotte e comportamenti in armonia con la vita morale e civile per il bene ed evitare di disturbare con rumori, risse, suoni forti e così dettate dal buon senso di cittadinanza.
16 - Per qualsiasi controversia è il Tribunale di Firenze.
Il rapporto di locazione implica la tacita accettazione di tali disposizioni, le eccezioni sono validi solo se per iscritto e accettato.

2 - Send us your booking request or simply asking for information. We accept booking for the entire two apartments to host until 10 persons.
3 - Within 48 hours we will respond to your request by e-mail address with which we will confirm.
4 - Send us a down payment for a maximum of 30% of the total expenditure within two days to confirm your reservation. Payment can be made by bank and received via email info@39borgopintihouseinflorence.com or fax to +390559067047 for booking the apartment for the chosen period, or with other types of payments to be agreed.
5 - The balance owed is due upon arrival in Florence at our offices.
6 - Is required a deposit for any damage caused to the apartment or its contents, it will be returned on departure subject to common control. It must be paid on arrival together with the delivery of the keys. The amount of the deposit will be confirmed together with the availability of the apartment.
7 - Cancellation of the reservation or change the length of stay, must be communicated in writing by fax or e-mail within forty-five days of arrival, or risk losing the deposit.
8 - The departure is scheduled within 10 hours of every weekday. The apartment must be free and returned in the condition it was delivered.
9 - If, for reasons of force majeure on our part would be that the apartment is unavailable, we will carefully and make available another of the same features. In case of non-acceptance will be refunded the full amount received with nothing to claim.
10 - Please note that Specify number and individuals, including provisions of the Police. In case of changes, you must obtain the prior consent of the owner. Non-compliance of the above will result in the termination of the stay with the immediate release of the apartment and loss of deposit.
11 - For children staying in our apartments, stroller and crib, free to order.
12 - Families with children are welcome.
13 - Pets are not allowed.
14 - Final clean up and utilities has to be payed in place during check-in phase. The total amount is 15€ per person.
15 - Guests are required to conduct and behavior in keeping with the moral and civil life to the good and avoid disturbing with noises, noises, fights, loud sounds and so dictated by common sense of citizenship.
16 - Any disputes shall be the Court of Florence.
